Absolutely the worst experience EVER! I waited for 1.5 hour for nothing. They kept telling me I am the next one after U explicitly told me I need to leave by certain time and was willing to reschedule if the exam couldn’t be done before then. I had to walked out after 1.5 hour of waiting. So if you want to waste your time and life here doing nothing, this is the place to be

Don’t go. Just DON’T GO! I am the new patient here. Firstly, the doctor doesn’t tell you about the EDD, and pressed so hard on my lower abdomen. After the ultrasonic, they don’t even give you a copy of the photo. You are only allowed to take a picture and that’s it. Secondly the front desk is just so impatient about your questions. Thirdly, the waiting time was just for couple hours.

I don’t usually write a review but I am really losing my shit now (in their waiting room). My average wait period has been 2-4 hours at this clinic (no kidding!) The ONLY reason why I had to keep coming is because I was already in my 2nd trimester when I came and transferring would be difficult. There were many times my appt was 5pm and I would not be seen until 7/8pm. There was once the nurse had to pay the security guard $50 so they would keep the elevator running for me as I was 8 months pregnant and they didn’t want to risk me walking down. I left at close to 9pm! This is hopefully my LAST appt with her - as I have delivered. My appt was at 1pm and it is now 4.25pm. It is stressing me out because I am breastfeeding and I need to be back home like an hour ago! The Dr herself is nice and I appreciate her but this is NO way to run a business and especially a healthcare place. Absolutely unprofessional. Agree with others comment about outdated machine.

DO NOT GO HERE. I went here three years ago to get my IUD removed & booked with the female doctor Dr.Li. Without letting me know they sent in a male doctor Dr.Chan. Mid exam Dr.Chan walks out of the room with the door wide open and patients & other medical professionals walked by as I lay there literally in stirrups on the table. When he returned he seemed annoyed that I'd gotten dressed. Throughout the exam he kept telling me that I'm "in trouble" & he "doesn't know who did this to me" with almost no explination. He then ordered an ultrasound & invited no joke 5-6 other people into the room without asking or saying anything and left the curtain open once again. Ignored when I asked to close it for privacy. Told me I needed surgery to get it removed. I left sobbing. Went to another OBGYN for a second opinion & she took the IUD out in 2 seconds without surgery. It's 3 years later and I've just now been billed for the ultrasound.

Horrible experience. I walked out and will never go to this facility again. Arrived for a 1pm appointment and the doctor did not arrive. Stayed till about 2:30pm. This place has no consideration for your appointment time. The staff at the front desk make the experience worse. Unkept facility and just terrible. STAY AWAY! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
