I had an exceptional experience with Lisa for my first-ever acupuncture treatment! I was visiting from out of town and dealing with pregnancy-related GI issues. Her bedside manner is fantastic; she is calm, informative, and patient with first-timers. The treatment provided total relief and allowed me to enjoy the rest of my trip symptom-free. I can’t recommend her enough.

Over the years, Kay has helped me so much with low back pain, neck pain, and shoulder pain — every session feels thoughtful, personalized, and incredibly effective. She truly listens and makes you feel supported, not rushed, and her skill and intuition really show. I’ve also done microneedling with her and had an amazing experience and results. I had very bad shoulder and neck issue for a while and my friend at work recommended Moxi to me for a treatment. I had very brief experience with acupuncture treatment before and thought to give it a try to see what I can do to ease the pain. Moxi is one of the most beautiful clinics I have had any treatments at, plus the location is very easy to get to for me being in SOHO, which was great for me going after work. Dr Sumption was gentle and knowledgeable, I felt at ease and taken care of, room was clean and set up nicely. I’ve had a few sessions now the pain is gone, I feel a lot stronger and I highly recommended for anyone needed acupuncture treat. Also added a view of the view from the clinic after my treatment, highly recommended to anyone needing treatments.

I’ve been to Moxi many times, and my first visit was to address a serious neck pain—I couldn’t turn my head without experiencing intense discomfort. I came in without many expectations, but by the end of the acupuncture session it felt almost miraculous: the pain was nearly gone, and I could move my head freely in all directions. After a second visit, the issue was completely resolved. Since then, I’ve become a regular at the clinic—sometimes to treat a new issue, but often simply for maintenance or preventive care.
