I bought my 2019 Nissan Rogue SL from them with 45K miles. Best purchase I ever made in my entire life. They did everything so fast and were very clear. I got my title in the mail today and registration came about a week ago. I am such a happy customer. Car runs great and is in excellent condition. The negative comments are purely bs. I have dealt with Mr Car Group personally after searching everywhere with scams left and right. They are genuine and honest and move quick and also nobody can beat their prices. I traveled from Boston to NYC to buy a hybrid car from this dealership. Before leaving, I confirmed with a representative (Bill) that the car had no issues and paid a deposit. When I arrived, I discovered the hybrid system was not working. An independent mechanic confirmed the hybrid battery was dead and provided a report. The dealership refused to refund my deposit or offer a solution. Very disappointing experience. Buyers should be extremely careful and have any vehicle inspected before committing.
