One of the most positive experiences today. My phone screen died today. He was not only very professional, and courteous,but also able to fix my phone in minutes. Their fee was very reasonable. I will not hesitate to recommend this place to fiends and family for any device repair.

I had such a great experience here! I went in to see if my headphones could be fixed, and he did a full diagnostic test for free. He explained exactly what was wrong and didn’t charge me a single dollar. While I was there, he was also helping another customer and didn’t charge him either. This guy is genuinely one of the nicest, most honest repair techs I’ve ever met. I honestly don’t know how he stays in business with how generous he is, but his kindness and transparency really stand out. Highly, highly recommend him! If you need anything checked or repaired, this is the place to go

He was professional, honest, and explained everything clearly before starting. The price was fair, and my phone looks brand new again. Fast service, great customer care, and a clean office. Fast and professional! I cracked my phone screen and stopped by Mr. Fix My Phone in Midtown. They didn’t have the screen in stock, but asked me to come back in about 30 minutes. When I came back, my phone was already done,looked brand new and worked perfectly. Great service! (They’re on the lower level.) Definitely recommend them for phone repairs. 👍

Really bad experience here for my fiancée. Phone screen was glitching so took it in to be replaced. Charged $200. Within a day of the replacement it started glitching and fully shutting off again. Took it back and he said he would try a new screen but needed to wait a day. Returned next day, screen replaced again, continued to have issues with it. He said it was a software issue and there was nothing he could do about it. My fiancée then got a crack in the replacement screen and was charged $100 for it to be fixed, only for it STILL to have issues. We ended up taking it to Apple and paying them to fix it. When I asked for a refund he said he would if we could return the replacement screen, but Apple disposes of them same day. Skip the headache and wasted money and just go to Apple.
