Mr. Fixsmith - Phone and Computer Repair

I went to this store and I met a gentleman by the name of Max, I had a huge problem with my phone that it wasn’t turning on , and I spoke to Max he said to give him a few hours , and he was able to fix the problem, I would recommend going to this store and seeing Max to get help with cell phone. He works magic and does way better work than the people at the Apple Store, he know so much about fixing phones and is very professional, very helpful and very respectful I total recommend going to This store Mr.fixSmith on austin street very glad and super happy with Max and his work thank you so much

I went to Mrfixsmith at 107-32 71st avenue to get my sons gaming laptop cleaned and I can’t believe what a great job they did. We have several pets and was told by several people that even without pets the fan has to be cleaned twice a year. Steve is so honest and did such a wonderful job. We live in the neighborhood and myself and my friends and family have always gone here for our iPhone repairs and anything that’s wrong with our iPads/laptops and they have always been reasonably priced and more importantly honest. We will never go anywhere else, they are experienced, responsible and honest!

I came here to get some headphones. Ended up getting a case and screen protector also. Steve was friendly and very helpful he gave me a discount on the screen protector and offered a selfie stick for $1. I’m a happy customer. I’ll be sure to come back and recommend all my friends and family

You'd be better off shredding your money than going to this guy. I went in for a cracked screen. He told me I could get a cheaper screen (250) that was the same as the samsung screen but just off brand, or i could get the samsung brand. He said it was the same thing so I decided to save some money. He had to order the new screen so It took a few days to come in. "Fixed it" In a few hours. I had my dad pick up the phone for me. When I looked at it, the new screen blacked out probably 10% of what my phone could actually handle. The screen was smaller than the original. I went back and told him about it and he charged me more, for the other screen and fixed it. Then, 5 1/2 months later, I start seeing dust collect in my selfie camera. I didn't have time to go and fix it, but a month and a half later, I lightly dropped my phone on even ground, and the front of the screen popped off and now wont work! I went in, expecting him to fix it for free given that it clearly wasn't something I did, as there had been issues with dust collection inside of my phone even before the drop and phone screens don't just pop off when dropped. He said it was probably from steam. And that I would have to pay 40$ for him to look at it and id have to pay another 350$ if I need a new screen. I don't know about you guys. But I have used plenty of previous phones in the shower, around steam. And at no time did my screen just- pop off. It is also a fairly new phone - samsung s23 ultra. It's absolutely ridiculous. I would have been better off shredding my money than giving it to this guy just so he could put a bandaid on my phone. I wasted my money, I wasted my time and I wasted my energy. Edit: He replied claiming it was 10 months ago. It wasnt. Even if it was, that doesn't make this situation any better! Not much to say about that. And he said it had told him I dropped it multiple times.. I didn't. Lying against a bad review? Shows how trustworthy someone really is.
