“I was really disappointed with my car wash today. They had two new employees who don’t usually work on my car, and they were cleaning the windows with a product that should never be used on glass, which left a film behind. Even after I pointed out that I own a successful commercial and residential cleaning company and explained they were using the wrong product, they continued to use it. In any business, it’s important to make sure your staff is properly trained and knows which products are appropriate. The communication and the effort to provide a solution were also poor, which was very disappointing, especially since I’m usually happy with the service.”

I still remember the first time I came here to wash my car, it left a very good impression, although the price is not cheap, but the work is serious, I even recommended my friends to wash their cars here, I have come here to wash four or five times, and the experience is getting worse each time, and the price keeps going up, even though I paid extra money, their employees are perfunctory, very dismissive, and even told me that it was my job to clean it myself, not their job, and they can't even do a basic cleaning service.
