They have a great range of quality raw, frozen and organic dog foods and chews. We came here to use the self service wash as our new apartment doesn’t have a bath big enough for our greyhound. The staff are incredibly warm and we will definitely be back!

I went here to give my dog a self serve dog wash. Customer service was excellent!! The place was clean. The machine was easy to use and clean towels were supplied. Price was very affordable. I would recommend this location to any that wants to wash their dog and not have to worry about buying dog shampoo or doing the clean up at home .In addition its a great location for dog food and snacks .

Great variety of dog/cat food. They have self stationed dog wash in the back that is very convenient for a quick bath. My dog loves this place!

My dog LOVES this store so much, and want to go here every day (obviously we cannot but he tries every walk). He knows how to get here by heart though we go once or twice a month at most. All staff are so kind and knowledgeable, and great with their fury customers. They give him high quality treats every time he visits, regardless the amount we spend. In the Williamsburg/Greenpoint neighborhood, this is by far the best pet store. Other stores are very inconsistent with the quality and kindness of their staff. My dog expects treats for his shopping experience thanks to the special love and treats he receives from Muddy Paw, and I hate to see him disappointed so much when I visit other local pet stores, so now we only shows at Muddy Paws. Price and selections are better than other stores anyway, while it is a small store. Store hours is great too as they open late. :)

Love this place. My experience with mom n pop pet shops this past year has been shockingly bad. Everything from orders that don’t get delivered when promised to being delivered the wrong food after confirming with a human over the phone. I’ve tried so hard not to go the “subscribe n save” mode on Amazon but that’s what I ended up doing. On a pinch I found this place. Called and got an actual human 22 min before close time. He was amazingly helpful and kind and patient. I wish I lived closer. I’d come here all the time. Selection was perfect for Organic high quality cat food, treats, all that stuff. If you live nearby don’t bother with ordering online just go here.
