Fantastic auto body shop, they have the best customer service and work very fast. My repairs were completed ahead of schedule, couldn’t be happier. Would highly recommend this place to fix your car. My Tesla was rear ended and they fixed everything like it was brand new. They really went above and beyond expectations.

Got my Audi's front and reat brake pads and rotors replaced today. No appointment and just walked in. The workplace looked very clean and organized. Service was quick and professional. Price was also very reasonable. Overall, highly recommended!

Updated. The owner is handsome than before. Haha. They work hard and very convenient to repair my car and kind to me. The staffs are good in relationship. A short point is too busy place here. Ms. Esther, a clark is impressive handler about all kind of vehicles.

Nice facility, it feels like you go to a dealer shop. Customer waiting area is very clean with free drinks and snacks. Repair shop is also clean and repair my car with reasonable price. I will be a royal customer to them.

I went to Mun's Auto because I heard a clonk sound at the rear left of my car when I braked. I explained the problem and asked them to fix it. The next business day I got a call. They said that the noise was caused by the rust on my rotors, and they proposed to change all four - plus the braking pads - for $700. To me that was baloney because: 1. It is normal and for some rust to accumulate on the rotors when the car is driven only during the weekend. It is also harmless. 2. The said rotors were almost new. They had been installed about one year and less than 10K miles ago. Rotors last *much* longer than that. 3. I cannot fathom how rust could cause a clonk noise. The "diagnostic" just did not make sense. I am certain that the noise would have persisted even after changing all four rotors. When I refused to go ahead with the "repairs", they demanded that I picked my car the same day. I asked to pick it the next day at 8 AM and they said that they would charge me for storage. Thus I had to leave work early. After picking my car I drove to another shop - Peter's Auto Repair - in the same area (Flushing) and explained the problem. I left my car and walked back to the train station. Within 10 minutes I received a call: they had already identified and fixed the problem: it was just a few screws that needed re-tightening. Yeah, *that* makes sense, as I had post-market coils installed recently. Now for the best part: Peter's Auto Repair charged me *zero* dollar *zero* cents for the job. I was willing to make Mun's Auto my regular shop for service etc. Instead they wasted my time and tried to scam me.
