Dr. Vicki Levine is a rare gem. What sets her apart is her rare combination of medical expertise, exemplary patient care, and genuine compassion and human connection. I can't speak highly enough of the outcome she has been able to achieve. If you are looking for a dermatologist who combines professional excellence with real human care, Dr. Levine is absolutely exceptional.

I stumbled onto this page by accident while adding my appointments on google calendar and I am shocked to see many negative comments. I never thought of reading reviews before coming here because initially I was referred by a doctor whom I trust very much to come here. however, to be fair, I feel strongly to share my experiences here. First of all, all the front desk staff were very nice & friendly. I started coming to this practice in the Fall 2022 and to this date , I never had to wait long to see a doctor except for one time I waited 20 min or so in the exam room because there was a situation where two other patients arrived late, and procedures got further delayed. The medical assistant had explained to me the situation very clearly, which is understandable and obviously out of doctor's control. My doctor spent a reasonable amount of time on each visit. The treatment was very effective and with each visit, I got better and healed. The doctor returned my calls every time I had left questions and messages. She was even once went out of her way to call me outside of her office hours, to advise and prescribe an alternative medication. The fact that there are partners in this office is also very beneficial. I saw the other female doctor once when my doctor was on leave and she was very nice also. True, the office looks a bit out of date ( but that's cosmetic and not a reason that would stop me from coming here) however it is clean and functioning.

Avoid Murray Hill Dermatology and Dr. Rena Brand at all costs! Visited multiple times after being referred and had the worst experience, extremely rude office staff and a run-down office. Office staff ignores patients who approach the desk and then harasses them loudly about their bills or payments with no discretion (makes for a very uncomfortable vibe in the waiting room). When I finally found a new dermatologist, I realized that Dr. Brand did not share the serious side-effects of what I was prescribed . I have no idea how Dr. Brand's zocdoc score is so high when the reviews across all other sites is so low.

Disappointed in the unprofessionalism by the office staff employed at the Murray Hill office. Twice appointments were scheduled for my children and both times the scheduled appointments were acknowledged. Today I arrived with my children only to find the office closed. No call no follow up for rescheduling, just a closed office. Per speaking with security staff I was informed that the office staff often closes its office early and the staff leave through the back area past security. This completely disrespectful and unbecoming for a medical office. Poor patient care and dismal customer service. Do not recommend this office at all!
