My dog loves it here and tries to go inside after hours when they are closed! He has been well taken care of here and all his issues healed (as a puppy he’s had quite a few). I recommend the female vet here - she’s attentive, thorough, and has a great bedside manner.

Everything you could possibly want in a veterinary clinic!!! The best in NYC, barnone! Murray Hill Pet Hospital is the absolute best in veterinary care, Dr. Dan and all the staff are top-notch in care, compassion, I might not have all the technically correct words to use, but they are the best in that regard as well. There is no place better than Murray Hill Pet Hospital. They have been taking care of my little boy, my Yorkie Vincent, since he was only a couple of months old. He's 4 years old now. Everyone there is wonderful and has helped me so much time and again. I wish I could give stars to infinity. They are most definitely warranted. Thank you so very much, y'all really are the very best!!!

Murray Hill Pet Hospital has been our family vet for over 2 years. The appointment process is easy, and Dr. Dan and his team are very kind, professional, and provide excellent care for our two cats.

I appreciate Dr. Dan and the entire team at Murray Hill Pet Hospital. They go above and beyond to make sure my appointments for my 4 toy poodles are easy and quick and yet thorough. Senior pet care is not easy and Dr. Dan makes sure to do only the positive care that I need at ages 12, 14, 16 and 16.5....

I'm very disappointed about my recent experience here. I noticed my dog has dried black blood on both of his carpal pads (my dog's carpal pad color is pink), and there's a callus-like thing, so I took him for a visit. It was a rainy day, so it was not easy to get to the vet, and we waited 20 mins, then were received by Dr. Max, who is very friendly and nice, but he only took one look at my dog's pads, probably because it was not the cleanest due to the rain, and he said it was due to hyperpigmentation and hyperkeratosis. I believed what I saw was dried blood which turned black, so I confirmed with him several times, and he said nothing to worry about. The next day, I walked my dog in the park, and we played catch ball. When I returned, I noticed the callus-like thing peeled off so as the black dried blood and my dog's pads are pink again, so apparently it was not hyperpigmentation, and there's fresh blood right there. I trust what doctor said that it's no big deal, but maybe if he paid more attention when we visited, he probably can tell it's blood instead of hyperpigmentation. I called again, hoping to get some answers about what to notice since there's blood, but I got a message from the doctor saying it's hyperpigmentation again. I know what I see, and at this point, I really feel they're not paying attention. I explained the situation again, and the staff said they will leave a message for the doctor, and I never got a call back after this. If I'm being honest, I'm upset. I felt the money is wasted, and I cannot trust the doctor's assessment. I understand this is probably nothing, maybe a scratch from running, but if I took my dog to the vet, it means it concerned me, and the doctor should really exam him better. Edit (Feb 11 2026): the second day I left this review, I received a call from Dr. Max, he was very polite, very friendly. I told him the blood on my dog's stopper pad can be a result of our fetch game, he suggested we don't play fetch. I was shocked, this is not a solution! I asked him if this was because I trimmed my dog's paw fur too short, he said maybe. Ury Perez from the hospital practice department left the message below this review saying that I missed his call on Jan 29 2026, I called him back the next day and he was busy on the line and then we never spoke. So this is never resolved.
