My third and final experience. Willow did my lashes today and they were really nice. She was nice also. She did a good job and was very professional. ————————————————————————— Maybe in the future I’ll update my review but based on my two experience I think three is fair. My biggest issue with this establishment is COMMUNICATION. The first time I went I redeemed a Groupon. I booked online for the same day and called the number available multiple times during their business hours and no one answered. I decided to still go to the establishment. No one was aware that the system allowed me to book but they did accommodate me and I LOVED my lashes. Second time, the booking situation went the same way but unfortunately when I arrived at the location for the 2pm appointment I was told I couldn’t be accommodated because she had a 3pm. Being reasonable I asked her to reach out to the client to see if the client would move their appointment back (not that the client had to) to accommodate me for my inconvenience and they was no effort. Again their website allowed me to book. I was not 100% pleased with the second set of lashes I had done and it felt like I had a lot less lashes despite me getting the same amount of pieces. Alina did a great job on the first set shown in photos. I don’t have any photos of the second adhesion. Will give them another try to determine if this is my new lash home or not. Got a Groupon deal for 200 pc volume lashes and it was splendid. I would definitely come here again- amazing work and amazing quality. They offer a variety of skincare services and bodywork in addition to permanent makeup.

Wonderful lash studio. I had an 11am appointment today and the technician did a good job. She was friendly and made me feel comfortable. Studio is a calm and relaxing environment. Also good prices for services. Will recommend to my friends and family.
