My dog Ace is a German Shepherd and I love taking him here. The staff is wonderful and patient with my dog even though he is hyper and has anxiety. I highly recommend this place and you can trust they will take good care of your furry pet.

Don’t come here if you want a professional cut or have a sensitive pet. Took my dog here for a while because the staff expressed how well he tolerated the grooming which has always been difficult for him. Overall in the time I have been a customer I have found the place to be unprofessional. There was a time when they supposedly had a problem with the water and kept my dog for over 6 hours without calling me. The most recent appointment I made, the staff told me my dog had to come sedated because he was difficult which they had never said before. I brought him sedated to the appointment and they would not take him lying and saying I came on the wrong day. If they didn’t want him to come back they should have told me. They wasted my time and money since I have to go get more sedatives for his haircut.
