My daughter always comes all the way up from Stratford, CT to get her nails done here. The women here are always busy but professional and they give my daughter exactly if not better the design she shows them. I've been going to this place since 2018 and I've never had any issues with them. You just have to learn to be patient and learn to wait

My family and I have been going to Nail Lab for 3+ years and I * always* get compliments on my nails! (People literally cannot believe they are my real nails.) Seriously, it’s the one thing I look forward to every few weeks and it’s so fun with nail techs who like to experiment. From chrome to cat-eye, to any crazy design idea from Pinterest that I come in with — Shanni never leaves me disappointed! If I show her a picture, my nails will look exactly like the picture—if not better. I almost always blown away by her talent and creativity. She is a true artist! I also treat myself to their spa pedicures which are amazing. The staff is also so kind (and give the best massages!) You cannot go wrong with anyone there. My SNS manicures last at least 3 weeks, and the prices are also very reasonable compared to other salons. I highly recommend trying out Nail Lab (and making an appointment ahead of time!) I will never go anywhere else! THANK YOU SHANNI

It was one of the worst experiences, went there for the first time and asked for regular things, like just make nails shorter and file them. Nails wasn’t even, gel polish were placed very bad and they charged a 20$ more than regular gel because appeared it was gel with powder, and at the end they started to aggressively force to give them tip. I don't recommend this place.
