Nail Serious

Ive been going to Nail Serious for the past 5 months. Highly recommend!! The studio itself is really cute and clean. Linda always does my nails to perfection - I’m always happy with my results.

I’ve been getting my nails done at this salon for four years, and they have never once disappointed me! Alina is incredibly patient and detail-oriented — every time I show her a design I want, she recreates it perfectly, sometimes even better than the picture! She’s amazing at mixing colors too — every shade she customizes turns out so beautiful. I usually get nail extensions, and they last for more than a month without breaking. The salon itself is cozy and beautifully decorated. If you love adding rhinestones or cute little accessories to your nails, this is absolutely the place to go — they have so many options to choose from! I’ve recommended this nail salon to many of my friends, and every single one of them loved it as much as I do. Highly recommend! 💅✨

I’ve been going to Alina for over two years and she’s amazing!! Super detailed, very patient when I’m taking forever to pick colors and styles, and she always gives solid suggestions based on what I like. My natural nails usually last over a month, which says a lot. Definitely recommend booking appointments ahead of time!

I arrived before the girl, which didn't bother me. Then, when the girl started working and filed my nails, I mentioned that I wasn't happy with the shape. She insisted that my finger was thick, but I wanted them thinner. I always get them done this way; even the ones I had before had a thin design. When she applied the effect, I told her it was poorly applied; there were parts that were missing the effect. The nails weren't ugly, but it wasn't what I expected for the $230 I was charged. Then she continued with my feet, but she didn't clean them at all, only exfoliated them, filed them poorly, and painted them with gel, for which I was charged another $95. To finish, I told her I didn't like her work, but I would pay her, giving her $330 in cash total. To which she said, "And my tip?" I told her I didn't like the work, I was paying her what she asked for, even though it seemed expensive, but I wouldn't give a tip for something I didn't like. To which she yelled at me, "Stingy! Look how long I spent on you!" But that's not my fault. I arrived at the appointment on time; she was late and did her work too slowly and poorly. I left the money on the table and said I was leaving. I walked towards the door, where she started pulling my arm, forcing me to come back to take pictures of my hands. I told her to let go, not to touch me, and she kept pulling and squeezing me. That's when I took out my cell phone to record her, and she finally let go. I've never experienced anything like this in my life. I paid for the service I received, even though I didn't like it. A tip isn't mandatory, especially if I don't like the work, and you shouldn't touch anyone without their permission. I was assaulted for not leaving a tip, and I paid $330 for a service I didn't like. What's more, I was the one who wasted the day because of her slow work and poor technique.
