Nan Xiang Express - Upper West Side, NY

I've ordered a delivery for the first time from Nan Xiang Express and I must say that these dumplings with the broth inside were simply delicious and a tasty explosion in my mouth! They're so good that one leads to another! My order, despite was late night, arrived on time and perfectly prepared. Nice discovery in the area and I can’t wait to try them again!

Yummy soup dumpligs! Light dough, tasty filling, delicious broth. Nice staff, clean, not much to say on atmosphere, just there for the dumplings!

I really liked the scallion pancakes — they weren’t soaked in oil like how everywhere else prepares them. The spicy wontons could have been just a tad spicier and more flavorful but they were still good.

They’re open late. That’s huge in this neighborhood. Food is ok. Dumplings shells are too thick, imo. $$$ for portion size. Overall, food is decent, quality is average. Did I mention they’re open late ?

The chicken dumplings were marvelous. The only problem was that I ordered beef noodles but in the description it didn’t state that it had a spicy broth. The broth was too spicy I couldn’t eat it unfortunately but The scallion pancake had good flavor. My friend liked his sesame chicken bowl it had good flavor.
