My mom, father and I have been to this doctor for many years. The doctor is a very nice, kind, and caring doctor. We all have waited for a while and then went in and that the doctor diagnosed and prescribed the medication.

One of the best Opthalmologists in New York. Dr. Fan-Paul is a doctor who still takes the time to know their patient, create an understanding, and thoroughly examine any underlying issues and is extremely accommodating. Her staff is also great and this all is something so rare these days in healthcare. With the latest equipment and near instant response to any follow-up emails by the doctor herself, there is no reason to see anyone else if you are able to make it to Downtown Flushing.

First impression was everything. Doctor is compassionate, experienced and professional. I felt she cared and her office was organized. Went to see her because I had redness on my left eye and I rely on Google reviews to help me find a doctor. So I felt compelled to write a review for anyone needing and looking for a eye doctor. Dr was great!

Simply the best ophthalmologist in Flushing and Queens at large. My wife, mom and myself-- all see her. There is no comparison, and that is why we all see Dr. Fan-Paul. She is careful, deliberate-- takes her time to do a complete and thorough exam. My wife and I went there yesterday to get glasses prescriptions-- we had glaucoma testing, visual field testing, etc-- as well as the correct glasses prescriptions. Dr. Fan-Paul speaks Mandarin Chinese, Taiwanese and communicates perfectly with my mom, who doesn't speak English. The office is spacious, clean; staff is friendly. Wait time for us was

The doctor herself is great. What I don't like is having an appointment for 1:30 and then having to wait an hour without an explanation. I understand that an office can get backed up, but someone could have mentioned that to me and I could've went to lunch. Parking out there isn't exactly easy. The lot across for the office is over $10 an hour. If I knew they were going to be backed up that long, I wouldn't have parked there. I just wish the front desk had the decency to communicate with me that they either over booked my time slot or they were backed up.
