⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m very happy with the staff and Dr. Tsai for my mom’s visits here. They have been extremely thorough and patient, taking the time to explain everything about her upcoming cataract surgery with femto. We truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism, especially in helping ease my mom’s nerves. Her surgery with Dr. Tsai is this Friday morning, and we’re hoping for a smooth procedure. I’ll update post-op, but so far, we’re very grateful for the care she’s received!

Dr Tsai is amazing! I’ve been a long term patient when she was in another location but good Drs you never forget. This time came to see her when my spouse contracted an eye infection from the public clinics in the Veterans administration. From lack of cleanliness in the VA, a routine eye exam there gave me a painful infection in the eyes which if left untreated would lead to blindness. We raced to see Dr Tsai who came to our rescue! Dr Tsai was nice enough to take us on an emergency visit giving us the best care ever! She is patient with our concerns and explained our situation. Most importantly we had several followups and I’m go glad I am fully healed!! Dr Tsai is the doctor I trust who with her years of experience I can rely on. MANY thanks DrTsai and your team for your help and care! I can’t thank you enough for giving us back our health and vision! Yes her clinic is busy but that reflects on her competence and quality of care. It’s worth waiting for good care!

I came in with an emergency and made an appointment last minute because my contact had broken in my eye. I was in a lot of pain and everybody was super accommodating and Nancy Tsai made sure I was taken care of immediately. The procedure was super quick and pain free. Could not recommend this place more.

Dr. Tsai is very friendly and patient. I appreciate that she takes time to explain to me about the procedure for my eyes and listen and answer my questions. Her team that helps with the testing in the office are nice too. The front desk ladies are very kind. They always help me out with appointment and also issues related to my prescription or pharmacy. Many thanks to Dr. Tsai and her team for their good care.

I had my annual eye check-up in the Chinatown location on November 3. While I was waiting inside to see the doctor, one of the staff (a young boy with bangs) was rude and unprofessional. First, he told me to wait in one of the exam rooms, but a minute later said he made a mistake and wanted me back in the waiting area. Then right after, he called me back into the same room for a “vision range” test. When I sat down, he slammed the plastic eye cover onto my glasses and told me to read the numbers on the screen in a really aggressive way. He kept forcing the cover onto my face, which felt rough and made me uncomfortable. I'm very near-sighted (-7.00 in both eyes) and was struggling to read the screen since my glasses prescription isn't perfect (I usually wear contacts). Instead of being patient or helpful, he just kept shoving the eye cover in my face and telling me to “just read it,” even though I told him I couldn’t see that far. As a patient for over 4 years, I really hope the management takes into consideration how their staff treats patients, and this kind of behavior isn’t acceptable.
