Nancy Tsai, MD 蔡乃恩醫師

Dr Tsai is a great professional! She was so patient and thorough with my eye exam. I don't like to wear glasses, she recommended me doing CRT. I was like 600-700 degrees but now that I been wearing CRT I see perfect vision everyday. And I have to say is, Wendy, the optician is super nice and always friendly. She's good at fittings for glasses, she is patient about having the frames match the person's face ^^

Incredibly nice and incredibly efficient eyecare place. The doctor has a really courteous, nice bedside manner (especially for someone who has to get up close to your face), and the staff are very nice too. I also walked in wearing the same exact color as all of their uniforms, which I think made everyone laugh! I don’t ever leave reviews and can feel pretty shy around people, so you can trust me when I say that this is the best Eyecare experience I’ve had!

She gave us good advice saying that too much tear drop is bad. It would wash away the oil film on the eyes. She also claimed that the warm towel on the eyes would help since it would open up the glands the oil film. She also said my daughter’s eyes r ok. I wish there is a way to put on oil film artificially.

I went for a checkup and the entire experience was very weird. They spent very little time checking my eyes and immediately started to pitch one of their expensive beauty treatment that was almost unrelated to vision. The whole process did not feel ethical or professional and made me feel as if they do not care about the patients, and only care about taking in the money as fast as possible. At the moment, I do not recommend anyone coming here if you are looking for quality care. Hopefully Advance can spend more time addressing the aforementioned problems because these problems only appeared in the Flushing branch and not the Manhattan one.

Dr 蔡 has a “ not pleasant “ attitude toward me. She said “ I will turn blind immediately if I don’t treat my cataract. She pushed me to get eye lid treatment $400 each time. She only prescribed me a small bottle of REFRESH ( not the individual one ). I refused to deal with her “attitude”. Instead I went to NY Partners Orthopedics, they are SO friendly and professional.
