Fantastic place! This boutique shops have a variety of herbal tea and natural health products and shopkeepers are very friendly and they even have in-house acupuncture services … you don’t want to miss them..

長期做SPA工作，身體有點吃不消，換上嚴重頸椎病加月經不調，經朋友介紹來本草堂看石永恩老醫生，他老人家好慈祥好耐心給我把脈，開了藥方，頸部做了針灸治療，才兩次已經明顯改善。

EDIT: this review is old and they no longer sell fresh meat/bakery/hot plate food as far as know- it used to be called CB direct mart, so i assume owner change, inventory change. Tiny supermarket but they have fresh butcher meat, bakery section, hot plate section, and BBQ foods, and they take EBT for all of that. Can't find any other place that allows you to pay for the hot plate or BBQ duck/pork with EBT. They sometimes give a discount at 7, right before they close, on their BBQ chicken or duck stuff.

In May of 2024. I saw an article in World Journal about this 92 years old acupuncturist who is seeing and helping people with various conditions and illnesses. I have been suffering from generalized pain and other conditions that I have tried many western doctors, message therapist and chiropractors to no avail. So I made an appointment to see Dr. Shi. At the first appointment, Dr. Shi’s thorough exam and detailed questioning exhibited his vast knowledge in the Chinese medicine. Hence my physical healing journey has begun! I have been visiting Dr. Shi once a week to the present time. My symptoms has been lessened and controlled. The staffs of the herbal store are super nice and treated me like their own! The store is well stocked with many hard to find herbs and other items. Dr. Shi is one of best doctors I have seen and a true gentleman. I highly recommend Dr. Shi. Dr. Shi and the herbal store deserve a 5 star review and if I could, I will give 10 stars. I will keep coming to see Dr. Shi so I can continue to heal and be healthy!
