Awesome new find in Sunset Park. This place has friendly staff who you can chat with and watch as they work on your car. The best part was how they can duplicate car keys for just a fraction of what the dealership asks for. Five stars. You can also bring your own oil and filter. Only $15 for the labor. Awesome.

The worst customer service I’ve experienced in my life time, the owner knows they did something wrong, no apologies but yelling. They use a low grade liquid battery for my Volvo instead factory required AGM, after driving for a couple of month, I couldn’t start engine, cost us a tow truck and another battery replacement done elsewhere. Guys, DMV form VS-35 auto repair shop complaint is the only way to go. Filing one on Monday. Again, the worst, grossest, the most ugly human being I’ve ever seen in life time.

This place takes every chances to scam people. My engine light was on , so I checked out this place . They told me that they will charge me for $500 to solve it. They said no explanation, either u accepted the price do it Or walked out the door. Then I checked out another repair shop , just only $30 (Amazon price is $6) for replacing the gasoline tank cap, and problem solved. By the way, the very first time I visited this place , the owner and the staff were secretly talking in Cantonese, the boss asked the staff to secretly changed some parts while they were doing a steering wheel adjustment for me , luckily I understand some Cantonese, lol. Never ever come to this place AGAIN !!! JESUS !!!

SCAMMER ALERT! I wanted to get my oil changed and he asked if I wanted “$45 or $65” (exact words that came out his mouth). Then I told him I’m not sure, but he gave me an attitude saying “how do you not know? It’s either $45 or $65”. I ended up calling my dad in front of him. My dad told me to just get $45 so I told that guy to do the $45 oil change. After he acknowledged it was $45 I asked him how long it was going to take. He said 10 minutes so I waited outside….20 minutes passed… so I decided to go get a drink. When I came back I heard my dad arguing with the boss and the worker that changed my oil. APPARENTLY he said I told him $65 instead of $45. The boss also does not care and demanded we pay $65. I felt like they tried to scam me because I’m a girl and didn’t know which oil to change to so they took this opportunity. I felt so helpless and my dad had to pay them $65. If only I knew… and took a video of the whole process as evidence. What should I have done differently? Should I have called the police?
