Dr. Pang is extremely professional and I feel safe under her care. Thank you Dr. Pang for being an amazing doctor!

Dr. Pang has been my pcp for years and is by far the best doctor I’ve ever had. She goes above and beyond to listen to and help her patients. You can trust that you are receiving the best care because she is invested in your well being, which is a hard thing to find these days! She and her staff genuinely feel like family at this point and I couldn’t recommend her more!!

Dr. Pang is patient and attentive. I have gone to her for over 5 years, recommended by my brother and now I plan to register my mother. The office is clean and the receptionist are always respectful and polite. I have not encounter a time where the was a long wait time at all which is why I don’t plan to leave, but parking is a little difficult but has not deterred me to go elsewhere. The train station is 2 blocks away and the bus past by the avenue so mass transit travel is super convenient. Also working in the hospital as well I feel Dr.Pang has great hygiene especially during this pandemic. I feel safe in her care and expressing any concerns I have. Highly recommend.

I was embarrassingly early for my appointment, but the receptionist still took me in and reasoned that I need not leave because I still had to fill out forms. Dr Pang was also welcoming of my earliness. It's true what these other reviews said about Dr Pang. She spends a lot of time with you to answer your questions and she explains as much as she can. I appreciate that kind of care and attention from her especially since I am on Medicaid (in my experience most health professionals do not extend this level of care with me) and when anxieties are high with this global pandemic. I especially liked that this office is women-owned, Dr Pang is Chinese, speaks fluent Cantonese and English. It felt like a safe space for me as a Chinese American who straddles Chinese and American cultures and I felt that Dr Pang identifies with that.

NP Shuai Chen is extremely rude and unprofessional. Needs to get off his high horse and let other people speak. Also not the brightest lightbulb around. Highly doubt he’s doing what’s best for his patients with that kind of attitude. I would stay away from here if possible.
