I am changing my review since my realtor is from this Brokerage office and I had a great experience with Ken Ye renting my unit out. He worked with me through the difficult times during Covid so I can rent my unit out and hit the road again. Many bad reviews here have nothing to do with the brokerage firm and are for the Century 21 CLOTHING store that are many blocks away past City Hall. Silly humans.

Worst experience ever. I just called to report an rat infestation that has been going on the last 4 months on the property and when management can send someone to help. The agent on the phone said it can’t be fixed. When asked why not, she proceeded to screamed at me and repeatedly says “I knows these things, I will not be answering your question” then hangs up on the phone. I don’t understand why management can’t help as I believe it is within the management’s scope to help solve these problems…who else am I suppose to call about rat problems if not you guys?
