New Golden Horse Car Service

I used them a couple of times during a recent visit. I called they came promptly, driver was safe and courteous. The price was half of what Uber was charging to go from JFK to Flushing. I had an early morning flight and scheduled a pick up from my hotel, they were early waiting for me at the door. Good service overall.

Amazing driver. Would absolutely recommend. The silver Toyota sienna was very luxurious and ornate. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who needs to be driven to a specific place at a specific time in an orderly fashion. My rate: 5 stars (as shown with my star rating above. Called five different cab services in Flushing before these guys. I avoided this service based on their reviews. But I have to say, they definitely deserve a better rating. I needed a cab from Flushing to the Bronx, during rush hour! The dispatcher worked with me and was very patient. He found me a car and that was it! Downtown Flushing to Northwest Bronx, during Rush hour! $56!!!! Nice comfortable minivan, the driver didn't speak English but he was nice and we communicated through a translator. He brought me to my destination within 40 minutes. He was patient and professional. We faced traffic on every major road and highway. This guy didn't even flinch. Excellent. These guys really came through when no one else even tried. I called on a Friday morning. They came within thirty minutes. Bada bing Bada boom baby. Definitely my go to car service in Flushing. No doubt.

If could give negative stars, I would. My mother used this service for months, the driver stopped short causing whiplash. She spilled a little coffee on the floor mat. The driver went wild he opened her door called dispatch and tried to charge her 50 bucks to clean the mat. She asked in the beginningif she could bring the coffe.

Quoted me a price, told me they would call back in 15 minutes, then calls back to cancel. Should I take that personal because I am not Asian?
