I can’t say enough good things about this shop. They handled both body work and engine work on my car, and the results were outstanding. From day one, Roger were honest, upfront, and very communicative, explaining everything clearly and never trying to upsell unnecessary work. The turnaround time was fast too, the pricing was more than fair, and the quality of the work was top-notch—my car looks like new. It’s rare to find a shop that does great mechanical and body work under one roof, and especially the different types of work his shop does like custom work too. I’ve bought my mother’s car, my own car and project car to him, etc. If you’re looking for a shop you can truly trust, this is the one. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to everyone I know.

I’ve been going to New Hope for many years and have known Roger for over a decade, but this most recent repair truly warrants a review. I picked up my 2025 GV80 today on New Year's Day after extensive body damage from 2 weeks ago. Roger went above and beyond from the very beginning. He arranged to have my vehicle brought to the shop after hours on a weekend, and a tow truck arrived within an hour. The insurance claim process was seamless. Roger has an excellent working relationship with the adjuster and is clearly very experienced in handling insurance matters. Even with the holiday season and recent snowstorms, Roger and his team completed the repairs in a very reasonable timeframe. The GV80 looks as good as new. The bodywork and paint are top notch, and all genuine manufacturer parts were used. I couldn’t find a single imperfection. I’m extremely satisfied with the results. Finally, I really appreciate that Roger opened shop early on New Year's Day for me to pick up the vehicle.

Roger and his team are the best!!! After my car got vandalized. Roger went above and beyond in not only helping me out but also making me feel like family. He would constantly send me picture updates. He would always double check with me before doing anything, making sure we were both on the same page, and making sure I was pleased with everything.
