This auto body shop is fantastic. The repair work is exceptional. The shop does all the insurance paperwork for you which made the whole incident carefree. My car looks brand new. The crew was respectful and the job was finished on time. Why go anywhere else.

A truck backed up into my mother's minivan and left this nasty gash on the bumper. Had to find a good auto body repair shop as this is a lease vehicle. I came to "New Kim's Auto Center" to get a quote and lead time. Both Sam and Simon are very friendly, professional and patient. They gave me an estimate, lead time while explaining the work that needed to be done and asked if I had rental coverage as they can work that out as well. Quality service and quality body work. Looks perfect, definitely can't go wrong here!

I came to New Kim’s Auto Center with a broken side mirror that was unfortunately hit while my car was parked. I brought the car over, they gave me an estimate at a great price, and even gave me a tip on where I could source a mirror if I wanted to find one on my own, and they could install it for me. I took their advice and got a side mirror, brought it back to the shop and they installed it for me in less than 5 minutes for a fantastic price. This shop is fast, efficient, and most importantly HONEST! If I ever need any repairs again I would definitely bring it here without hesitation, and I recommend anyone reading this to do the same.

Wow!!! I couldn’t be happier! I really had a hard time not having my car but they worked sooooo fast! Besides being fast the quality of work was outstanding. I feel like I have a brand new car! Living in queens I’m sure we will need help again in the future and this is going to be our go to place. Everything was done with ease and convenience! Thanks again for your help!
