Just went for my annual (after apparently a longer than I remember hiatus - oops) and had a pleasant experience! Office was clean, chairs are a bit old and stained but both ladies at the front desk were nice. Saw Dr. O td and she is so sweet. The exam room was also clean. Did not have to wait long, was in and out in less than an hour. Was worried abt the previous reviews but happy to update and report a better experience!

This place is very dirty, front desk staff is extremely rude, doctor's are very judge mental and they often talk down to patients. I've given this place multiple tries throughout the years and every time I was disappointed, I only stayed due to not having many options with my insurance. The last time I went in March 2023 it was the worst experience I had and I will no longer go back. I have PCOS and they acted as if that wasn't a real thing and or only has one symptom. I don't even know how they're still in business, it's so sad when you go to the doctors people should be treated like humans not like they're less than.

The worst dr office you can go. I made mistake I trusted my health to this kind of dr who hires midwife Gloria who is the worst person i never met rude very unprofessional and nurse Jackie who is the nurse where kids are delivered at natural birth center. When they treat you like animals without care and respect on top of that they harm you more. Make you the one who needs help mentally when thry are the one who should run test and explain to the patient her health. They only want to charge your insurance not to exam you and call cops on you to take you to the hospital. Because i was getting very worried about my health because they are not doing the right test for me to go to the bottom of my health. Of course the owner hired this nurse who she needs to get help not me. GLORIA AND NUSE JACKE NEED HELP I WILL CALL THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT THEY CAN GO CHECK WHAT KIND OF OFFICE THEY RUN WHO WORKS THERE WHAT THEY DO SAY HOW CLEAN THEY ARE WHO WORKS THERE. And the dr at the hospital tells me why you here she needs to come here she is the crazy one very unprofessional dr tells me she should not work in this facility even her boss is rude dr no manners that’s who you are dealing at that office. You go for help get harmed by this nuts who are not for help are there to harm. They treat patients oh boy very bad very they curse them as they walk. That office is like a very very dirty zoo. Horrible zoo.

I went Monday of this week he told me everything was fine but still sent time to a specialist so they can tell me my due date? Like what even I can calculate that. So I told this to my primary doctor and she was also confused. I had made a previous OBGYN appointment that I never cancelled and it so happens that my primary doctor of years knows her so I’ll just go this coming Monday and stop going to Dr Noumi. It is ridiculous that if he did suspect something to tell me not stay quiet like we Hispanics say cara de pendejo. Reading others experiences. Plus my own well don’t recommend to anyone.

If I could give no stars I would , worst experience ever always had a long wait time it was no point of scheduling an appointment because you would be seen 1-2 hours later , the receptionist Jennifer has a nasty attitude and gets people kicked out and lies on patients , she’s rude and very disgraceful . She talks to pregnant patients with an attitude as if we aren’t already going through so much while pregnant . People like her with no customer service shouldn’t work with pregnant women or children . Rude rude rude will never recommend to anyone !
