my favorite shop. honest, great work and i have gotten fair estimates from them vs other shops. have been going here since i moved to brooklyn and will be until the day i move!

I have been using them for years for my MINI Clubman and Maria, Israel and all the mechanics are great people to work with. Fair pricing, great diagnostics and fast turn around make this a reliable & trustworthy auto repair shop. I recommend New Millenium very highly!!

I've been a New Millenium customer for approximately 25 years. That should say it all. But I'll continue. Over the years they have maintained 3 of my vehicles. Do not believe the high-rated reviews for this shop. I took my car there for the first time this fall and they were extremely opportunistic. After spending over $1600 for repairs, I ended up having to take it to another place after an out of state drive, and was told I could bring it back when I returned to Brooklyn, only to then be told I needed a new transmission (curious why they would do so much work and charge me to then assess less than two weeks later this major repair that I needed). When I disputed the claim for the charge on my credit card, they were completely inaccurate in recounting the timeline of the work they did, and distorted the facts. I will never take my car or advise anyone I know in the area to trust this business. They seem very nice and friendly in person, but don't be fooled by that, they are not operating in good-faith. I took my car to the dealership for years for repairs and basic checks, and the only time I ever needed additional work done was following the one time out of desperation I took it to this place. Yes, Jim Coleman Toyota is more honest with their repairs than this place is. They knew I was in bind because I was going out of town the next day when I needed my car repaired, and they took advantage of it.
