Nice and clean

Pretty decent laundromat. The machines are small paid like $2.75. It's pretty crowded even for a weekday, it's not like the place is big either and their dryers dry up very good. The park is like a block away so in the meantime took my toddler instead of having to wait.

I had one of the most frustrating and infuriating experiences ever at this laundromat. Seriously, steer clear unless you enjoy wasting time and money. Google clearly lists their closing time as 11 PM, so I arrived around 7:40 PM with a big load of laundry, expecting to have no issues finishing my wash and dry. The girl working the front desk was extremely rude right from the moment I walked in. She barely looked up, gave zero greeting, and just stared at me with an attitude while I sorted my clothes, loaded the washing machine, put in my quarters, added detergent, and started the cycle. My clothes were already soaked and the wash was running. She saw the whole thing and didn’t say a single word about any early closing. Then, out of nowhere, she comes over and snaps that they close at 9 PM and tells me to take my wet, completely unwashed clothes out of the machine immediately and move them to the dryer. Excuse me? That would mean paying extra money just to dry dirty laundry and rushing out because of her made-up closing time. When I calmly mentioned the Google hours and asked why she didn’t warn me before I started, she just rolled her eyes, sighed loudly, and muttered something sarcastic under her breath. No explanation, no apology, no offer to help or refund. Pure disrespect. The laundromat itself is in rough shape too: several machines were broken with no signs or warnings, the floor was grimy and sticky, the whole place smelled like damp mildew and old soap, and the prices are noticeably higher than other laundromats in the area. The change machine barely works, and when I asked for help with it, she acted like I was the biggest inconvenience of her night. This place is poorly run, misleading about hours, and has terrible customer service. The attendant clearly doesn’t care about customers. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else. 1 star, if that. Avoid at all costs.

Morning staff is not nice. She’s rude and lazy. Fyi, there are nicer ways to inform customers if they’re not using the equipment properly. Wouldn’t break my big bills. Sits by the counter all day and be on her phone instead of maintaining cleanliness of the establishment.
