I ordered the house pho, first item under the pho section. It contained brisket, tendon, and intestines. It was below average. It tasted like the instant pho you get at Costco. They were not stingy on the brisket, intestines or tendons but the lack of tenderness and taste didn’t really make me appreciate the quantity of pieces. The order came with a pork spring roll and it tasted good but was cold.
Service is cafeteria style, order and pay at counter and pick up your order when staff yells out your number. You dispose of your garbage yourself.
The place is rather bright and inviting, an upgrade from the previous bakery’s drab interior.
