New Q'S Laundromat

I’ve been using their drop off service for over 20 years and sometimes do laundry there. They are very careful with people’s laundry, they are polite and the place is spotless. People-they’re NOT required to have a bathroom for customers! If you or ur kids need a bathroom go home and use ur own since it’s a “neighborhood “ laundromat it shouldn’t be too far or a big deal. And kids shouldn’t be in the way of other people doing laundry anyway! As for not open til 8:00 pm-all businesses have a right to establish their rules and hours! These people work hard, long hours and have only Wednesdays off. If you need laundry done late then go somewhere else, they are not robots! Talk about entitlement and arrogance!!!

I've used them for several years, both doing the wash myself, or having them wash. They've always been polite and helpful. Their work has been very good. During peak hours, it tends to get a little crowded as you might expect in this area.

Don’t do drop offs. Start taking pictures of your clothes. They either misplace or steal clothing. No longer coming here.

The location is great. The hours are a bit unclear they recently changed their last wash policy from 7:20 pm to I am guessing 7:00pm. There was no sign to iterate this, and I was yelled at when I placed my laundry at 7:12 pm. Please make signs! I would be happy to know what the new policy is and stick to it.
