NEW Tian Tian Laundromat

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The laundromat is very clean. We had them wash/fold our items (18lbs in separated light/dark loads for $22 = great deal!). They provide soap and fabric softener. We dropped our clothes off at 5pm on a Sunday and they were done by 8pm that evening. Amazing! You can also use the machines to do your own laundry (not sure of the cost).

We have been here 5 times in the past month - prices are super reasonable and staff are incredibly friendly. They do wash/dry or just a cold wash + air dry for delicates. Highly recommend! Hard working people like this deserve the best.

Doing laundry can be such a tedious chore esp in NYC but this laundromat makes it so easy! Wash and fold prices are super reasonable, turnaround is quick and cash discounts are offered as well. Owners are super lovely and accomodating. Highly recommend!

Fabulous service and excellent prices! We needed our laundry done while on vacation, and these folks did a terrific job with a quick turnaround time. We are duly impressed.

Almost all machine are broken in this location. The only small load machine that works are being used by themselves for service. After I walked in and asked for a small machine, they pointed me to a larger machine that cost more then double the cost of my small load. Right at the moment I was loading my clothing, they unload the small one and reloaded another batch of clothing with a ticket by the employee. This is a total rip off and the worst place to wash your clothings. A few month ago I had also bought in a wool jacket for dry cleaning and the results of it coming back didn't look like it got cleaned at all. Where I have to bring it to another store for dry cleaning which came out much cleaner. I'm an Asian American and I do see the way how they are very rude to Asian an act politely when they are white. They will say hello to the whites once they walk in the store and speak in a different louder rude way to Asian. There is no respect for these type of people and also they are giving all Asian a very bad name. Stay away from this place.
