I don't even want to provide a star for this agency. It so unprofessional . . I got a lease signed with a tenant with this agency thinking that I will be assured it will do it's job to guarantee me getting rent. I got screwed wasting numerous months without collecting rent. . This agency is not doing it's job to ensure it's client to collect rent. It's only serves for their own advantage . Do not use this agency for any lease with a commercial tenant.

She signed my name on a contract without my permission.

No star. Without star comments cant be posted. With my traumatic experience with this agency, pls never use this agency to rent or sell your property. She is unethical and misleading. all she cares is to get her agency fee . After your payment being paid, this agency is done with you. Through this agency I signed a lease with a tenant. Things went wrong . The tenant created violation with DOB working without permit. . I asked her to help me with the tenant. she avoided and don't respond to my text. very irresponsible . In overall, after signing a lease I lost 6 months without getting rent. Not only that, I had hired a lawyer to terminate the lease. I have to pay the big price for my tenant 's violation with DOB. I had lost huge fortune because of this irresponsible agency. Never use this agency. It's deceitful and irresponsible
