This place is amazing. The environment is positive, very clean, the instructor is very professional. I take kickboxing classes and the workouts are intense! These classes mix perfect amount of kickboxing techniques with cardio. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to get fit, and feel great doing it.

My son has been taking Taekwondo class here for a couple months and I only wish that we have found this place sooner. Master Joe is amazing. The place is obviously very well run and maintained. My son not only learns kicking and punching and physical exercise, more importantly he learns self discipline and respect for himself and others. Highly highly recommended!

My son starts his TKD for 8 months already. I felt so touched when he stepped on the mat for the very first time. Master Joe was very patient which made him not scared of keep going. I love the place and the staffs there.

Master Joe is amazing! Not only do I attend but I've enrolled my children in TKD. The place is clean & spotless. Nothing negative about it!

If you are looking for professionalism, dedication and results, this is your place. I have seen other schools/centers and there is no comparison. Master Joe is top notch, and has a way of keeping the Kickboxing classes fun and energized. His Taekwondo classes are just as rewarding, evident from mere observation and from his students morale.
