Just want to take a moment to recognize a young lady named Samantha for the incredible care and compassion she provides to her patients. Working in home care requires patience, kindness, and dedication, and she embodies all of these qualities every day. She treats her patients with respect and truly makes a difference in their lives especially mines. It can be really tough and time consuming for me and my siblings with keeping consistent care for our elderly mother. We really need more people like her in this field that actually care. She clearly has a heart for others! Thank you NY Foundation and Samantha for all you do .

New York Foundation for Senior Citizens Home Attendant Services, Inc. has been helping to take care of my dad for over a year.    He has been in constant danger of falling and has needed kind and careful help.    This has been consistently provided by New York Foundation for Senior Citizens Home Attendant Services, Inc.  This has been such a relief for my mom as well since she gets the extra help that is needed to support my dad. Not once did the agency fail to cover his hours, even when a home attendant had to cancel at the last minute.   It has also always been easy to communicate with the office, coordinators, and Supervisors.   The nursing help and advice was very useful as well.

My mother is blessed to have an AMAZING case coordinator, Jennifer Hernandez. Her services and expertise is impeccable. She always notifies me in advance of any changes or updates pertaining to my mother. I'm never left guessing or trying to figure things out. From day 1 of her being my mothers case coordinator, she's always been very professional, caring, and a compassionate multitasking individual. Jennifer always ask first, before she starts her conversation, " How is you mother today? " "How is she doing today". She always steps outside the box to make sure my mother has PROPER coverage and care. Prior to Jennifer , I never received it. Being employed in NYC Law Enforcement over 25 years, it's been a relief knowing Jennifer handles EVERYTHING pertaining to my mother's care 100 percent. For anyone looking for care for their love ones, consider the NYC Foundation for Senior Citizens. Pray you get Jennifer Hernandez as a coordinator. Your stress levels and concerns for your loved one will be eliminated.

I was a host for the home share program in NY Foundation for Senior Citizens. Ms Bear was able to find a senior that fit in the family of seniors. Y shared my home in Queens. She had challenges in speaking due to a stroke. She was very clean, attractive, respectful, paid her rent on time which was very helpful. Y enjoyed going to the Citizens seniors center daily to interact with other seniors, as well as myself, my neighbor and friends we had Breakfast, lunch and enjoyed activities and socializing together. I was happy to have her be part of the family for 9 months. YJ moved into a assisted living facility.

This foundation is a disgrace. This foundation could care less about the elderly. All they're interested in is stealing the assets of the elderly they're supposed to be caring for. My mother is currently in the hospital with a fractured skull from neglect of the nursing home this foundation threw my mother in. Think twice before dealing with them. If you do, my advice to you is get a good lawyer.
