Everyone treats you well! Wonderful receptionists, they’re so sweet and polite! My grandmother has been going here for about 8-10 years and everyone is always polite towards us. They offer us coffee, tea and they always have a few snacks on one of the floors as well in case you get a little hungry. The staff, nurses and doctors are all wonderful and amazing!

My 1st visit was amazing. I was there to see an orthopedic doctor. Very super friendly staff. It's clean & well organized. They offer you tea/coffee also. The nurse & doctor was also a great experience. I highly recommend this business to anyone that wants to be welcomed and appreciated.

Dr. Louis Guillaume, the orthopedic specialist, was exceptionally compassionate, empathetic, and strategic in addressing my situation. Following a near-assault at work, I experienced significant neck and back pain after attempting to protect myself. Dr. Guillaume approached my care with positivity and thoroughness, taking the time to understand both the physical and emotional impact of the incident. He developed a holistic treatment plan focused on easing my pain and supporting my recovery. Dr. Maged Abuseif, my physical therapist, has been equally outstanding. He is understanding, supportive, and highly skilled in the manual treatment of my neck and back. After only two sessions, I have already noticed a meaningful improvement in my condition. I am truly grateful for the care I have received and thankful to have found this practice. The office staff is incredibly warm ! Elizabeth was so kind to offer coffee. A gesture I so much needed and appreciated it . Today I saw Dr. Jeza Danielle , she was incredibly great with the manipulation and exercises. I’ve been seeing Dr Louis for about two years now, and he has always been attentive, thorough and kind. He ran all the medical exams needed (X-rays etc) to be able to properly diagnose me and seek the proper treatment I may need, including referring me to physical therapy, chiropractors & acupuncturist whenever I need it. Ever since I started coming to him my back has improved drastically. I’m very thankful for him & how he has assisted me on my journey towards feeling physically better.

Staff and doctor are very friendly and welcoming! Many things can be handled on sight which is very convenient. However if you don’t live close, if you need any documents signed or sent over, you will need to pick them up in person as there is no online portal that makes exchange of this information convenient. Something to note, which is reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars, I think technology should be further advanced.
