The center has taught me a lot more than just a helpful new self defense skill. I sincerely recommend their services to everyone who lives in the area. The team is professional, committed, and thorough.

I saw a kung fu documentary on Youtube with Jason Scott Lee traveling to Shaolin Temple for training. The last part of his training was qi gong. He was hit with a stick and felt no pain because he was able to harness his qi (chi). In that instance, I knew I had to learn about qi gong.
I was able to find this place taught by Master Chao Hai the martial art of qi gong. It is so rare and awesome to have this opportunity to learn from a master in this field.

I have been studying Northern Shaolin Kung Fu and Qi Gong with Master Chao Hai Lan for years. I love the new location simply because it is more accessible and has a nice ambience. Master Chao Hai is a disciple of the original Shaolin Temple in Henan, China, and teaches his students with all his heart. Studying kung fu with him is like studying Northern Shaolin Kung Fu in Henan. He has a pure heart and teaches us to cultivate positive energy to strike a balance between mind and body. I strongly recommend his Qi Gong classes, which he teaches in the evening.
