Easy parking. $40 bucks you can stay here to relax from 8am-11pm. Huge public bathhouse for men and women at -1 floor. Have body scrub service to make your skin smooth. 2nd floor have cafeteria that serves food, different types of Sauna and quiet place to take a nap. Great Asian style food at as well. Friendly staff, just ask them how everything works they will show you. Over all great place.

Despite some negative reviews, my personal experience at New York Spa & Sauna was pretty good. My husband and I went on a Friday morning, and it was very quiet, not crowded at all. It’s a typical Korean-style sauna. Yes, it looks a little older and worn in some areas, but everything felt clean. I’m very picky about cleanliness — I literally checked corners, floors, even looked around the tubs to see if there were hairs or anything — and I didn’t notice dirt, at least in the women’s section (not sure about men's section) We paid the $40 admission and also got massages. It was more of a traditional Korean, acupressure-style massage (strong, point-focused), not a soft spa massage — but I felt great after. I completely relaxed and even fell asleep. The food was good, simple but satisfying. I’ve been to more luxurious, high-end spas, but this place feels more local. It has the basic things you need to relax and recharge. We stayed about five hours, rested, ate, had massages, and enjoyed our time. Overall, I’m satisfied and would come back again.

I went here as a quick escape to rest and reset, and it was exactly what I needed. The body scrub made me feel like a completely new person, the massage helped melt away stress from both work and personal life, and the hair wash was unexpectedly one of the most relaxing parts of the whole visit. Sometimes you don’t realize how tense you are until you actually slow down for a few hours, and this experience really helped me fully relax. The atmosphere is calm, clean, and easy to settle into, and the staff made the whole visit feel comfortable and unhurried. Honestly, I didn’t want to leave. Definitely recommend if you need a mental and physical reset.

I like this spa. It’s close to my job and the perfect place to spend time after a long week. I love the hot rooms in the shared area and the silence all around; you can just put on a mask and read your book in the reclining chairs area. The food is good. The women’s area is cute. I don't like the pools. Maybe they need to upgrade them, but the steaming and dry saunas are cool. I tried the body scrub and the massage, the ladies working there are talented. I would come again, especially during cold winter days.

Came here on friend's recommendation as a cheap place for a shvitz. It's cheap but not much value. Every corner of every single pool has pile of dead skin. Heat downstairs was inconsistent. Steam is either too hot, nonstop blasting or fully off at 7:30(one hour before official shut down time). The dry sauna didn't get above 155F. Hard to get a sweat going. The upstairs dry saunas were slightly better. The salt room being a stand out. Food was ok but pricy. Appreciate the attendant for safety being there but it's so weird to have him standing in the steam room fully clothed staring at you while naked. Uncomfortable experience.
