I never write reviews, but I'm not sure why the reviews are so, so negative. I've only had good experiences here. Appts are kept, I've never had unreasonable waits, and the people there are always courteous and helpful. I've been to some disastrous practices in NYC and this isn't one of them at all.

The receptionist's attitude was very bad. I brought a letter of recommendation from my family doctor, but she refused to let me see the doctor. Does the doctor not accept patients? Why? This kind of clinic should have been closed long ago. I don't even want to give it one star. Horrible 😱😱
