The doctors are great don't get me wrong they're really good doctors but you got to remember Presbyterian is the third top hospital in the country and the top hospital here in New York. However I have called a couple of times and told them that the virtual visit does not work for me because for some reason my phone does not allow access to the microphone and the camera for the virtual visit. So then I had asked why can't the doctor just call me it's not like a virtual visit will do anything anyway it's not like I'm physically there where they can take my vitals and check the area that's bothering me and see what's going on a phone call would have been fine they need to stop it with the virtual visits and also allow just the phone calls. That's basically the only issue that I have go to the ER only because the doctor won't call me by phone

My experience establishing care in this office were beyond great. They are very accommodating and nice, from Ms Ashley to the front desk to Ms Madinah whose very gentle and smiley to patient to Dr Deb whose very thorough in handling health issues and safety. I'm very satisfied the way they do things and answering my health concern. And I'm impressed when I read the provider comment in my patient portal about my lab results explaining. Less assure that makes me not to worry. Great job everyone.

I've been an established patient here for several years. I've not been feeling well and although it is not an emergency, I'd like to see my doctor within the next few weeks. Just now, I left my 3rd callback request in 3 days. This is office procedure, clearly not the doctor. Now I will message him directly on MyConnect. To bad office can't deal

Horrible. Unfortunately i liked the doctor here. Its been more than 2 weeks I have been trying to get to the office for my referral. No one answered the call. I even left a message. They didn’t even bother to call back. I also left a message on my chart patient portal. There is no other way I can contact them unless I go to the office. How will patients contact the doctor if there is any emergency.
