I have been going for GYN checkups with Dr Ngai for over a decade. I admit that the wait time can be long, but wait time in general is something that's unavoidable at any doctor's office, as things can come up with patients that might require more time, and thus delay when the next patient will be seen. I am speaking from the point of view of a person working in the medical field. Dr Ngai is straightforward and may come off as blunt. She doesn't sugarcoat what she has to tell you. To me she doesn't come off as being rude. I like this approach as I would rather be told information as it is. I could see maybe the delivery of info needs to be done with more sensitivity, but it doesn't bother me. Dr Ngai does pelvic transvaginal ultrasounds directly in her office during the visits (whereas my previous GYN did not do ultrasounds in the office). This is a big plus. Because of this, she is able to monitor things firsthand, and detect things early before they start problems. For this, I am very THANKFUL to Dr Ngai for caring for my family member. Apparently, there are no recommendations for screening tests for certain GYN cancers, but Dr Ngai's routine exam was literally life-saving. Her diligence and expertise makes a world of a difference. She took the time to explain everything in detail, and went over what to anticipate and expect, including what the next steps in care would be. I have tremendous respect and appreciation for Dr Ngai! I am forever grateful to Dr Ngai!

She is very very impatient and nasty. Completely waste time to see her!!! Nobody told me that I needed to bring a printed medical report before I went there. She kept yelling at me because I didn't bring the medical report, making me feel really sick and depressed. Like it's all my fault. The medical equipment in the clinic also didn't look very clean, as if it had been used without disinfection. The overall experience was very poor and depressing!

The worst doctor Ever! Starting with she doesn’t have any manners/respect. Doesn’t take in consideration anything you say and would get upset at you if you ask questions. Honestly the worst experience!

I have been seeing her over 10 years and her attitude is getting worst. I mean, NASTY. She first started out very gentle and patient, apologetic when you wait over an hour to see her. You are still waiting over an hour, she would only spend 5 minutes for the PAP smear and when you're in the office after, she literally gets rushy and snappy. I mean, I simply asked her for her recs regarding prenatal and she responded - "Wow didn't know we were going to spend this much time on vitamins" Woman, it's your job to educate your patients and you asked me if I have any questions. Talk about bedside manners or passion. Got none here. YOU need to retire. Someone else I know also sees her. During the PAP, she was so rough that my friend made a sound. She goes, "Wow, why are you making that sound?" B%%^, cause it hurts!!! Absolutely, unacceptable. We're taking our business elsewhere. Would not recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Ngai is the worst doctor i’ve ever seen in my life! She is very impatient and nasty. You spend 1 hour and a half to waited in line and she allows only 5 mins for you to see her. She finishes what she wants to say, then you can get out of her way. You can’t ask questions or she will give you a dirty look. Woah!
