I took my ear ring there to be fixed and they used cheap metal to fix my 18k ear ring and now my ear ring is ruined. They are scammers!! Do not get your jewelry fix here or buy anything from here!!

I won't go to this store again. Not only will my deposit not be refunded, but I will also have to spend in their store. I hope you don't go to this store.

0 start for this place first I buy necklace for my son so after 3week I’m going to sell it back to them and get anther one bigger when I get in there I’m asking to sell back the one i just bought 3week ago and they said the necklace got mess up and buy back for cheap price I don’t care about that and they walk into me tell me that they don’t buy back !!! They said the necklace mess up ? How !!! If the necklace mess up in 3week that mean your quality very bad just for 3week !!!! Don’t buy from them they cheating and scam

This place is awful. My five minutes of experience on 6/1/2024 (so the owner can identify the horrible people they had working there) 1. The first question “how much are you going to pay?” I hadn’t seen a thing. I told them that I have no idea and that I want to see what they have. We couldn’t get beyond this question. 2. I told them I’m looking for a bangle. But it’s a surprise. Can they help me estimate the size? Flat answer “no”. 3. If I purchased a bangle and it doesn’t fit, can i return it: “exchange only — 7 days”. 4. I don’t live close. And it’s a present for an occasion next week. Could you give more than 7 days? “No” I didn’t get past that and didn’t get to look at anything. I walked out fuming at the horrible customer service. I would not recommend even going in there.
