Did not fulfill services paid for. I was supposed to choose an add-on and the provider did not honor that request. Service was 30 min of steam, 30 min of mask, and ran 30 min late. Guessing this is because the esthetician was multitasking and helped 2 different customers while I was lying there. The remaining time (in the 90 min I spent there) was fine if a little basic. Extractions were thorough.
