Nikolas was the most unprofessional real estate agent we have ever dealt with. Communication was extremely inconsistent, and when it actually mattered, he became unresponsive, avoided direct questions, and stopped answering altogether. We were given information that later proved to be blatantly inaccurate. Instead of addressing discrepancies or taking accountability, there was a clear lack of transparency or truth. It was clear that our concerns as renters were consistently ignored, and the entire experience felt one-sided and poorly handled, with only the seller's interests being prioritized. I would STRONGLY advise others to be extremely cautious before choosing to work with him.
