​Beyond the excellent cleaning, the customer service is what elevates this place to five stars.

One of the best dry cleaning establishments in Queens. I get my shirts laundered and pressed and it's much cheaper than dry cleaning. They do a terrific job on my shirts and pants. The service is also great.

I've seen the young and friendly manager at the cleaners over 10 years. He's taken care of my stuff very well exceeding my expectation always and offered home delivery like a family member. All their work is professionally done in timely manner and extremely hygienic as always!! I love this shop and will never leave for anywhere else.

I paid $60 to have my coats inside pocket opened and to remove a zipper and they didn’t even do the task right and now the trailor is on vacation so I have to wait another 3 weeks to get my winter coat back (which as of late April 2020 I still have not received it). I also had a shirt tailored for $30 but it’s still way to big and they made a hole in it!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Save your money! Came to clean a pillow top mattress cover, high quality. Asked the guy at the counter several times if he will be able to clean it. He assured me yes multiple times. When I returned to pick it up he said he couldn't clean it because it was damaged! I asked what he was talking about and he continued to insist that I left a damaged piece with him. I couldn't believe the audacity!! When I brought it home and opened it, it looked like someone cut it with a knife in multiple places. I think his staff ripped it out of the bag with a knife and then realized that they damaged it. They then put it back in my bag, which was ripped on the side. If there was in fact damage in my mattress cover, why wouldn't he call me right away? And why on earth would I bring a damaged piece for cleaning??? What a mess! What kind of service is this?? Not only was the guy rude, and clearly lied, he didn't even offer any solution or apology! Awful!!
