I had a fantastic experience at this driving school, all thanks to my instructor, Castillo. He was incredibly patient and nice, which made learning to drive so much less stressful. Castillo has a knack for explaining things in a way that's easy to understand, and he's great at building your confidence behind the wheel. I always felt comfortable and supported, even when I made mistakes. I honestly couldn't have done it without him. If you're looking for a driving school and a top-notch instructor, I highly recommend Castillo. You won't regret it!

I received instructions there for almost an entire year from 2023 to 2024, and I have to say that it was a horrible, sub-par experience handled with little professionalism. I speak Chinese natively, so the 2 instructors I had (who happened to be father-and-son) interacted with me in Chinese and consequently with less professionalism than they would have had with the English-speaking students. One of them, on the first day, made inappropriate jokes (insinuating I was romantically interested in him) toward me, who was of the opposite sex and much younger than him; after I expressed that it made me uncomfortable, he started to treat me with an attitude of little courtesy, often scolding me for every little mistake I made, again an unbecoming behavior for this professional relationship where I was paying him for a service. Eventually, I had to switch instructors; my new instructor, while much more friendly as an old man, also had his fair share of unprofessionalism. He also made sexist comments, and one time, I left the car slamming the door on my finger, breaking my finger nail, and his first reaction was to repeatedly clarify that he had nothing to do with it... instead of offering to help like one would expect. But the most jarring thing is that, one day, he offered to cancel a lesson, as it was raining, and to reschedule it to some day whenever I was to contact him next time (scheduling with him was often arbitrary like this); I agreed, and due to personal circumstances did not reach out to him about it again after a few months, but when I did, he forgot all about it and acted as if I was trying to bend the rules of the driving school or frame him for something he suggested in the first place, which he repeatedly assured was fine when initially offering. When I tried to reason with him over the phone, (this part is where my memory was muddy) his attitude was again defensive and dishonest, bringing up issues like me being late once (which was owing to him again saying one thing the day before but acting differently the day of) in an attempt to... air his personal grievances against me, when I was simply trying to discuss the issue of the scheduling? After I sent a long message logically and courteously addressing my points, he finally budged and offered to have the lesson, but when it happened, it was shorter than the usual that I'd signed up and paid for. That was the last of my experience with this driving school. Bear in mind that, by that time, my parents had already invested several hundreds to around $1000 in the package deals for me, and this was the quality of the service I had received.
