Was trying to rent an apartment last year and Bar would respond once every 3 days to my requests for a viewing. Then eventually he ghosted me all together and didn’t even have the decency to inform me that the unit was rented. I don’t care what his broker rating is, unprofessional regardless.

Beware of NOLITA group! If you’re still for some reason looking for a broker post-FARE act, at least look for a broker that’s honest enough to not scrub negative reviews of their brokerage. I had the unfortunate experience of working with Lily Admoni of Nolita group when renting in 2024. While pleasant at first, as soon as I signed the lease, she became completely unresponsible for all problems that had to do with the apartment I was renting. I was made many many promises during the lease signing promise that said all components of my apartment would be ready during move-in, and that she would continue working closely with the landlord to make sure everything was finished just right. Long story short: her negligence of due diligence on the building she presented me as my broker resulted in a constructive eviction and litigation process. Save your money and sanity - pick someone else.
