I had a fantastic experience at Noonvision. My glasses were slipping and I needed new nose pads, so I stopped by to see if they could help. They fixed them up quickly and didn't even charge me for it! It's rare to find a business that genuinely cares about helping out like that. Thank you, Noon Vision, for the amazing service!

Delightful experience with Noon Vision from start to finish!! the staff were all super welcoming and helpful! the eye exam was quick, and the doctor was thorough, friendly and able to help me with my concerns. Anna was amazing and treated me like family! she helped me decide on my frames, giving suggestions, and making sure I was happy with them! I wouldn’t have found these lovely frames without her! this was my first visit and I’ll definitely be going back!

Do NOT waste your time or money at Noonvision. I have been coming here since the very beginning when they first opened, and while the ophthalmologist and most of the employees are wonderful, there is one person who ruins the entire experience: the woman with the Cartier eyeglasses and ponytail. I’m not sure if she’s the manager or part owner...every transaction seems to go through her...but she is VERY unprofessional, VERY fake, not knowledgeable about lens options, and worst of all, she will try to scam you. I brought in frames I purchased online, and she attempted to overcharge me AND give me a downgraded lens I did not pay for without telling me. When I asked for a cost breakdown, she couldn’t even explain where the total came from. My order was expensive, and the fact that she tried to switch my lenses to something cheaper without my consent is unacceptable. When I pointed it out, she didn’t apologize or acknowledge the mistake, she acted like it was no big deal to “fix it”, even though I had already paid for "higher quality" lenses from the start ( so I thought). On top of that, they wasted my time. They could have easily called me to inform me they were giving me a different lens than what I paid for, but instead I had to return, request the lenses I originally purchased, and wait another week. When I finally came back, the lenses STILL weren’t ready, and I had to return again a few hours later. The entire thing took a month to correct. Now, months later, my glasses are junk. The lenses are clearly cheap and absolutely not what I paid for. They’re not even using authentic ZEISS lenses(I verified this). There are far better optical shops that work with high quality, reputable lens companies and aren’t out here trying to scam their customers. I really do wish I was an influencer during times like this because they need to be exposed on all social media platforms.

RUDE. Came in here to pick up for me and my father. The first time I went back to pick up my father’s glasses the service was amazing the manager as super nice. HOWEVER, the second time when I went to pick up my own glasses the service I received was disgusting. There’s this one girl with brown straight hair, that has a HORRIBLE attitude. I walked into the store and told her what I was there for. She has taken out my glasses and brought me in front of a mirror to try on the glasses, after trying them on I felt that it needed to be loosen a little bit since it was a bit tight. After telling her my request she had misheard what I told her, I had told her in Mandarin “I need it to be loosened”, she looked a me and said “It’s too loose”. Her whole face and tone was giving you face so big no way it’s loose. I didn’t even mind correcting her on what she said since she had called another person that handled things with the glasses to help me out. After that visit I don’t think I will ever go back, that girl gives the vibe of she’s better than everyone else.

I typically do not leave reviews; however, I felt compelled to share my recent unpleasant experience at this store. When I visited to inquire about my vision insurance, a staff member with long, straightened hair asked to see my ID. As I was taking it out of my wallet, she abruptly took it from my hand in a discourteous manner. Throughout our interaction, she displayed a lack of professionalism and was noticeably rude while explaining the details of my insurance coverage. Her attitude and behavior were disappointing and unacceptable.
