From the very first phone call, my experience was exceptional. The person who arranged my appointment managed to fit me in at very short notice, which I truly appreciate. They were kind, understanding, and incredibly helpful in making sure I could see the doctor as soon as possible. When I met my doctor, she was extremely professional, compassionate, and attentive. She took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout the entire consultation. What impressed me the most was how much she went above and beyond to help me. She personally arranged an appointment with a surgeon for me within half a day. I honestly do not know how this was even possible, but it showed true dedication and commitment to patient care. I have never experienced this level of efficiency, kindness, and professionalism in my life. The coordination, speed, and genuine care I received were outstanding. I am deeply grateful to both my doctor and the staff member who made it possible for me to be seen so quickly. Thank you for providing such exceptional care.

I had such a positive experience during my recent GYN visit with my nurse practitioner, Linda Aranbayeva. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and approached every topic with kindness and care. I never felt rushed, and she created a safe, welcoming environment where I felt heard and respected. I truly appreciate the thoroughness and compassion she brought to the visit. Highly recommend!

I've been a patient here for 20 years almost and they always are top notch in their care and knowledge, they are compassionate and extremely accommodating always, My Dr Greenberg, has a great bedside manner as do all the Dr's and Nurses and Staff! Highly recommend this practice to everyone the care is top notch!

Every time I call this place, the receptionists are rude, curt, and interruptive. Such an unpleasant experience and I always hang up feeling like I wasn’t able to fully explain why I called. I put up with it ONLY because I like my gynecologist. But this is a medical office - patience, kindness, and good bedside manners (even from those working at the front desk) is EXPECTED.

One of the doctors that delivered my baby was very abrupt and made decisions on her own when I had started labor. Very impatient and turned the situation into an emergency c-section causing me to get two blood transfusions. Baby and I were in the hospital for a week after; I had lost so much blood. The doctor did not visit me post surgery; not once. For minorities and Muslims, I’d be very careful to choose this obgyn and have them deliver your baby. They do not operate with empathy and do not have your best interests. Go to Winthrop, find a ob they work with and deliver there. My sister and cousins both had their babies there and it was a world of difference. I still think about my experience and how horrible it was.
