I was recommended this company from a colleague who used them. I reached out and was confirmed in January that they would do my taxes for 2023. Went back and forth initially on e-mail and sent all my documents. I then did not hear from them in a month so called last week to find out that they cannot do my taxes now. Would had been nice of them to call or e-mail me advising this. Michael, the person who was supposed to do this, was incredibly rude. I could barely even talk as I was so shocked in his response and manner over the phone. Unless you have been going here forever and have rapport with them, steer clear of this place.
