Bad service. I bring my car to this place first he said they can help us for this car we tow our car and spend 250$ for tow . He waste whole day and didn’t even inform us about the car . When i call him in the evening he said come and take your car . Even though l’m not from newyork . His behaviour is rude and not work properly . Waste of money and time

I have a 2010 mercury mariner hybrid and i came in for an alignment. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE you’ll waste your money the car didn’t change at all they made it WORSE. I came in 4 times and they always had an excuse. They are NOT professionals at all. They give ONLY 1 week warranty which is nothing and they are not friendly. Don’t bring your car here you’ll regret it. And also their boss is a joke they don’t know what there talking about lol he voided my warranty because i recently got new tires and new tires do not make ANY difference in wheel alignment and my alignment was already bad because of his workers. Secondly i negotiated with his worker for 3weeks of warranty and he lied to his boss and told him i was just being respectful lol. Dont go here.

I paid for an alignment. They did a poor job and I brought it back 3 weeks later. They wouldn’t fix it because it passed their 1 week guarantee that they didn’t inform me about

Stay away from this place. Paid for alignment and balancing. My car didn’t change at all, came back after 3 minutes of driving and they said they fixed it. Came back again since the car didn’t change at all, They told me my car had a bigger issue. They almost made my pay hundreds of dollars when my mechanic told me the car is in perfect conditions and I should go to a different place since the problem is that they didn’t do their job. Please go find some other place, this place is full of scammers.
